According to PAGASA in its 5:00 AM regional forecast on June 14, 2026, Northern Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized weather systems. The state weather bureau reported that temperatures in the region will range between 26 and 33 degrees Celsius, accompanied by light to moderate winds blowing from the southwest. Coastal waters across the northern seaboard are expected to remain slight to moderate throughout the day.
For the province of La Union, these southwest winds will translate to slight to moderate coastal conditions, affecting local maritime activities. According to the extended outlook issued by PAGASA, temperatures in the region will slightly dip to a low of 24 degrees Celsius by Tuesday and Wednesday, while daytime highs will remain at 33 degrees Celsius. Wind directions are projected to transition from southwest to south by Monday, June 15, 2026.
