According to PAGASA in its regional forecast issued at 5:00 AM on June 15, 2026, Northern Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. The region can expect temperatures ranging from 25°C to 33°C alongside light to moderate winds blowing from the south to southwest. Coastal waters across the affected areas will remain slight to moderate, presenting no immediate severe maritime hazards.

For the province of La Union, this forecast means warm daytime temperatures peaking at 33°C, which may bring humid conditions throughout the day. Localized thunderstorms are expected to bring brief rainshowers, particularly in the afternoon or evening, which may temporarily affect outdoor activities. Coastal waters along the province will experience slight to moderate conditions with waves driven by light southwest to south winds, making it generally safe for local maritime travel.

The five-day outlook from PAGASA shows that this weather pattern will persist until Thursday, June 18, with minimum temperatures hovering around 24°C to 25°C. Although no heavy rainfall warnings are currently active for the region, the public is advised to monitor local weather updates for sudden thunderstorm formations. A separate thunderstorm watch remains active for neighboring Ilocos Norte, where localized storms are highly likely to develop.
